Related Management has an opportunity for a Director of Training, Affordable Property Management, responsible for coordinating, preparing and delivering training within the Affordable platform. This role will provide training resources and tools to employees, as well as facilitating courses on operations, compliance, standard operating procedures and property management specific computer software training. 
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate internal and external resources in regards to planning, developing and delivering training to the affordable housing portfolio
  • Alongside subject matter experts build impactful and engaging eLearning content to address identified needs in training
  • Train and assist in developing a comprehensive onboarding manual including 30/60/90 day new hire training
  • Assist in developing a national affordable operations manual
  • Responsible for coordination and communications related to trainings including, webinar invites, training schedules, attendance, training recaps and delivering recorded content to LMS for future trainings  
  • Deliver both in-person and webinar-based training sessions that is easily assigned, executed and measured along with generating monthly progress reports
  • Measure results from training campaigns

Qualifications


  • Must have Property Management experience, preferrably in Affordable Housing
  • Minimum of 7-10 years proven track record delivering classroom and virtual trainings
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong facilitation and trouble shooting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with key stake holders to identify training needs
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to build training content
  • eLearning design skills, including experience with content creation tools
  • Ability to solve problems and influence multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization
  • Proficiency with RealPage/OneSite
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Cornerstone experience preferred
