Related Management is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to drive recruiting strategies for our property level positions in California. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and candidates in order to identify the best talent for our open roles. You will also be accountable for ensuring an amazing candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process. This Corporate Recruiter reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and sits in LA.
  • Recruit, retain and develop the best talent for Related Management (RMC)
  • Manage a rigorous full-cycle high volume recruitment process for portfolios in California
  • Serve as subject matter expert by screening, interviewing and referring qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviews
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, their businesses, team dynamics and goals
  • Deliver an awesome candidate experience to all candidates who interview with RMC
  • Manage the candidate experience and recruitment process including interviews, offers and onboarding
  • Perform market research to develop target lists of companies and identify potential networking prospects
  • Help shape our employer brand and culture
  • Creatively use social media, job boards, networking groups, campus recruiting, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Host job fairs and interview days for new acquisitions and developments
  • Develop and update job descriptions as needed
  • Manage relationships with preferred third party recruitment firms
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (iCims)
  • Build reports to analyze recruitment trends, year to date hires and open jobs reports for the business on a weekly or monthly basis

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience preferably in property management, retail or hospitality with a clear understanding of end to end recruiting process
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in agency recruiting and corporate recruiting is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Ability to pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates
  • High energy influencer with the attitude to get things done
  • Displays good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have general knowledge or employment laws and processes
